Jessie from Toy Story is the Yodeling Cowgirl who that we first me in Toy Story 2.  We find out that she was abandoned by her owner Emily, and has never really gotten over the feeling that it will happen again.   Joan Cussack provides the voice for Jessie in the Toy Story Series.  In Toy Story 3 we see some romantic interest between Jessie and Buzz Lightyear, especially after Buzz is re-set and when reactived, is in Spanish mode.  This leads to a great dance sequence with Jessie and Buzz.
